Local Unit & Position Description

 

  • Participation in different Environmental Compliance projects
  • Drive development of digitalization of DNV GL Environmental APPs (e.g. Ballast Water Management app, EEDI (Energy Efficiency Design Index)-Calculator and future Apps)
  • Economy calculations, research work and create business case on actual environmental regulations (e.g. Green Harbours, Customer savings)
  • Further development and implementation of existing products (e.g. Environmental Passport-Operation)
  • Insights into maritime industry

Position Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor or Master's degree student with focus on Shipping agent, Shipping Management, Business & Administration, Environmental Management, process management
  • Background in Shipping, Environmental Regulatory would be advantage
  • Good command of English language, German of advantage
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools
