The global Business Intelligence team, present in Norway, China, Poland, Netherlands and Germany, is one of the key units in providing data, analytical services, insights and other data-enabled solutions to DNV GL’s internal and external customers.

We’re looking for graduate, or last year students to join the team, be able to learn practical Business Intelligence skills and technologies and assist us in delivering high quality data and analytics services to our internal and external customers.


Areas of responsibilities / Key tasks:

  • Designing, coding, testing and documenting in Informatica PowerCenter
  • Designing, coding, testing and documenting in SQL (NZ-SQL, T-SQL)
  • Designing, coding, testing and documenting in Power BI
  • Designing, coding, testing and documenting in Azure Analysis Services

Technologies the candidate will be able to work with and learn:

  • Informatica Powercenter
  • IBM Netezza
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Microsoft Azure Analysis Services
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • JIRA

Position Qualifications


  • Fresh graduate or student of last year of computer science, software development, mathematics or other relevant fields
  • Passions and drive for learning new skills and technologies

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience any ETL tools

Personal qualification:

  • Great communication skills and fluency in English as a working language
  • Team player
  • Passion for learning new technologies
  • Able to follow processes and escalate issues
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to see commonalities amongst diverse problems
  • Must have professional demeanor
