This individual will be the subject matter expert with regards to the company hardware devices, software tools, functionality and customization capabilities.   This is a remote position based from any location in the continental U.S. (except Colorado).   Tasks May Include - Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction - Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem - Provide prompt responses to customer requests in timely manner via phone calls, video conference, and email - Occasional travel and visits to customer locations and project locations may be required - Orchestrate customer training sessions to empower customers to be self-sufficient - Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product/service features
