This is an important part of your daily activities.   You support and advise the line managers and Business Area HR on the broad spectrum of HR advisory topics and C&B needs. As an HR Advisor you understand the various challenges of the Business Areas and collaborate closely with other HR Advisors and HR Experts in Arnhem and the Global Centre HR in Poland. You are customer centric, flexible and interested in a broad range of HR areas. The Section measures and analyses the loads on the whole structure of a turbine, evaluates the characteristic power curve of a specific turbine, measures the wind speed on site and provides diverse services involving LiDAR technology, including equipment validation/calibration as well as wind resource and power performance assessment.
