This position is based out of our Newark, New Jersey office Tasks May Include - Nurture and develop a team of junior to mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance on how to conduct customer focused, site-specific engineering analysis and evaluation of energy efficiency opportunities involving commercial/industrial lighting, HVAC, and process equipment - Oversee the team’s customer site energy efficiency review process including: - On-site energy assessments / audits - Inspection, measurement and verification of the installation and / or performance of energy efficient equipment. - Prioritize and assign project work to the team - Work closely with the program leads to determine assignment priorities - Database queries and program data analysis - Provide technical support to other team members on an as-needed basis
