The Director of Offshore Wind is responsible for leading and growing DNV’s Offshore Wind Advisory team. The OE PM will join a team of five other Project Managers that work within the larger Engineering team, with significant opportunities for leadership and autonomy in the day to day management of projects.   The OE PM will join the multi-disciplinary Engineering group within DNV that is part of the Project Development and Engineering Department, which contains nearly 100 employees. Abstract, condense, or create summary information for inclusion in proposal and report documents, including graphic or tabular presentations - Manage Microsoft Teams proposal collaboration - Work with in-house editors and design team on projects - Finalize deliverables into ready to send form (via electronic means, uploading to web portals, and/or hard copy shipments, as required by client) - Team Lead - Manage proposal teams engaged in the preparation of winning proposals in the areas of clean energy, energy efficiency, technology and program evaluation, and climate change mitigation - Ensure consistency amongst proposals - Manage the overall proposal schedule and the schedules of other proposal writers to ensure there is coverage on all efforts - Manage the career development of the proposal team
